Resident Evil Restaurant To Open In Japan
We all dream of sitting down with our best zombie friends and having a nice relaxing meal, am I right? Well, to make that become somewhat of a reality, Capcom have announced that they will be opening the worlds first Resident Evil (Biohazard) themed restaurant in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan on July 13th. The restaurant will however, only be opened for a year, so make sure to get over there before they board up the windows and reload the shotguns.
With the Biohazard Cafe and Grill S.T.A.R.S restaurant, “Comig Soon”(nice typo Capcom), we can expect all the features that made the zombie survival series so damn famous. As well as being a place to dine, the restaurant will serve as a place where Resident Evil fans can watch performances from Dance Team S.T.A.R.S, while also offering limited collectables and themed meals based on the video game series.
The restaurant, located on the 7th floor of the Shibuya Parco Part-1 department store, will have its grand opening at 11am on the always lucky date of Friday July 13th. Resident Evil 6, also known as Biohazard 6 in Japan, will be available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles in North America and Europe on October 2, in Japan on October 4, and will be one of the many themes portrayed in the restaurant.
Honestly, I’m excited to see what will be on the menu. I’m actually keeping my eyes out for the “Kobe Brains”! And here is a thought, tell us what video game you would like to see turned into a themed restaurant.
