Most of us can’t wait to get stuck into BioShock Infinite when it releases next year. As hard as it is to believe, there are still some folks out there who call themselves gamers who have yet to dip a toe in the murky water of the world of Rapture. It seems that 2K Games may have you covered, if rumors of a new compilation release are to be believed.
Gaming site Eurogamer has uncovered a BBFC (British ratings system) classification for a so-called ‘BioShock Ultimate Rapture Edition’ that seems to be coming at some point closer to Infinite’s release, at least in the UK. The compilation would seem to contain both BioShock and BioShock 2 as well as the DLC for each. Predictably the title was awarded an 18 rating or M rating.
It is unknown at this time whether this bundle package would be platform-restricted, however you would imagine that a potential 360 version would have to include 2 disks. Although both games are relatively cheap now, this would be a good way to build interest in the run-up to the new game. What do you guys think?
