At some point TimeSplitters 4 may come to consoles as a free-to-play title, this according to Cevat Yerli, one of the founders of developer Crytek.

Crytek Says TimeSplitters 4 Could Still Happen But Wouldn’t Be A Full Retail Release
The Timesplitters franchise was widely loved by gaming fans and often considered a game that you simply must own but there has not been a release in the series’ since 2005. A fourth instalment was in development although it got put on hold in August 2009 but some interesting comments from Crytek could be indicating that the series might get back on track at some point.
