apple_chrome_logo_smallThe folks over at Apple have released iOS 7.0.6, which is a minor update that resolves a security issue. The issue has something to do with SSL verification, though Apple hasn’t yet provided any details into what was actually going wrong.Whatever bug it fixes, Apple must have deemed it important enough to justify releasing¬† this update now vice waiting to roll into iOS 7.1, a major update that Apple has been testing for the last several months.

iOS 7.1 is rumored to include several additional design improvements and a fix for a bug that’s been causing devices to restart seemingly at random during use (we’ve all experienced that one right?). While Apple hasn’t officially announced a release date, recent reports have iOS 7.1 being released sometime in March.
