Nintendo Slash Prices Of Classic Wii Games

Come On, Share It

Despite never quite finding a place in the hearts of most hardcore gamers, only a fool would say that the Wii didn’t play host to some absolutely amazing games. The likes of Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3 and Wii Sports are justifiably classified as some of the best titles of the last console generation.

If by any chance you have missed out on some of the great games in the Wii’s collection, you may be interested to know that Nintendo has recently slashed the retail price of many of these games. From today, Super Mario Galaxy 2, New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Wii Sports Resort are available at a suggested retail price of just $29.99 each.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 550x343

All three are great games, but Super Mario Galaxy 2 in particular is extremely well-regarded, and has to rank as one of the greatest Nintendo titles ever made. If you still own a Wii and you haven’t tried it out, then you owe it to yourself to at least pick that one up. Or if you are not for going backwards, don’t forget that Wii games are also backwards compatible with the Wii U so there is no excuse there.

Have any of you guys not played these titles? Will you be planning to get hold of them at this new bargain price?
