Everybody’s Golf: World Tour Shutting Down Its Servers

The fun and entertaining game Everybody’s Golf: World Tour – known elsewhere around the world as Hot Shots Golf: Out of Bounds and Everybody’s Golf 5 – is having its servers closed down on October 31st. The news was revealed in a post on the PlayStation Forum and it means that all of the online services that the game offers including tournaments, versus multiplayer and PlayStation Home launching will be unavailable after the aforementioned date of October 31st.

The PlayStation 3 title has had quite a good run as it launched in Japan in 2007 and saw release in the West during the following year. If this news has got you wondering where you can get your latest fix of this series from with online capabilities enabled, you don’t have to look too far. Everybody’s Golf (in Europe) and Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational (in North America), released on PlayStation 3 and Vita in 2012 and 2013 respectively so check them out.
