Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 Signs Up Argentinian League

The Pro Evolution Soccer series has been lagging behind the FIFA series in recent years but it is doing everything it can to reclaim its former glory and the signing of Argentina’s most popular football league is definitely going to help the cause. A total of 20 teams from the AFA Primera División have been licensed as well as some of the home stadia. It is not just the teams being signed up as Mariano Closs and Fernando Niembro, the Argentinian FOX Sports announcers, have also joined the game to provide authentic commentary for the fans.

The whole game is shaping up rather nicely

Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 now holds an impressive set of licenses including the UEFA Champions League and the AFC Champions League so there is plenty for gamers to have a go at, although it is still nowhere near the amount of licenses possessed by the FIFA series. PES 2014 will release on PC, PSP, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in September.

All of the 20 Argentinian teams are listed below:

  • All Boys
  • Argentinos Juniors
  • Arsenal
  • Atlético de Rafaela
  • Belgrano
  • Boca Juniors
  • Colón
  • Estudiantes
  • Gimnasia y Esgrima
  • Godoy Cruz
  • Lanús
  • Newell’s Old Boys
  • Olimpo

I'm a big gaming fan who has been playing games since ever since Pokemon Yellow was released in the year 2000. I'm just glad that there are decent rugby games on the PS3 now after years of nothing. I need another Uncharted game...NOW!!!!!
