PS3 Exclusive ‘Agent’ Trademark Is Renewed By Take-Two

Agent was a game from Rockstar North (of Grand Theft Auto fame) that got announced all the way back in 2009 as a PlayStation 3 exclusive but little information actually got revealed about the game. In fact all we do know about it is that it has a rather nifty logo and is a stealth action game set during the Cold War. Since the initial announcement, there has been little mention about the game from Sony or the publisher Take-Two apart confirming it was still in development on two separate occasions in 2011 and 2012.

Agent - logo - PS3?

Will we ever get to play this game?

Most people had assumed that the game was dead and would never ever see the light of day but Take-Two has renewed trademarks for the game and logo, which you can view here and here. Presuming the game is still going, will it remain as an exclusive to the PlayStation 3 or will it now be making the jump to the PlayStation 4, possibly as an exclusive to that console instead, or other consoles such as the Xbox 360. Jack Tretton was certainly not giving away anything when he was asked about the game recently.

Do you think the game is still going to be released? Let us know down in the comments.

I'm a big gaming fan who has been playing games since ever since Pokemon Yellow was released in the year 2000. I'm just glad that there are decent rugby games on the PS3 now after years of nothing. I need another Uncharted game...NOW!!!!!
