Namco Bandai has announced Ace Combat Infinity and revealed that it will be released as download only and will be exclusive to the PlayStation 3. The release date for the game is September 25th 2013 on PSN. There are not a lot of details about Ace Combat Infinity going around at the moment, which is to be expected, considering that the game wasn’t revealed that long ago but Namco Bandai did confirm to VideoGamer.com that more details would be released soon.

Ace Combat Infinity

The game can only be downloaded from the PSN

The announcement of this is not a complete surprise as “Ace Combat Infinity” was trademarked last week along with a teaser site appearing that contained the message “That day our sky fell, the heavens split to create new skies,” which is used in the new teaser trailer. Ace Combat: Assault Horizon was the last game in the Ace Combat series released on PS3 with it also making an appearance on the Xbox 360, PC and Nintendo 3DS.

Until Namco Bandai releases more details about the game, please view the trailer below:

I'm a big gaming fan who has been playing games since ever since Pokemon Yellow was released in the year 2000. I'm just glad that there are decent rugby games on the PS3 now after years of nothing. I need another Uncharted game...NOW!!!!!
