Ken Levine Still Hopes To Make BioShock Vita Happen

It was announced over two years ago at Sony’s Press Conference during E3 2011 but since then there has been little information revealed or progress seemingly made regarding BioShock Vita. Ken Levine has not given up hope on the title eventually being released but revealed over the weekend that development has yet to begin on the game, as Take-Two and Sony are yet to agree business terms.

Will we ever see a BioShock game on the Vita?

Fans asked Ken Levine about the status of BioShock Vita over the weekend, as there has been little information revealed about the title and they want to know what the latest situation is:

Talking about the game to CVG in February, Levine said: “I’ve got my fingers crossed that that’s going to happen because it’s something I want to do, but until somebody starts signing the cheques there’s nothing I can do… Hopefully it will come to fruition.”

I am still very confident that the game will eventually see the light of day, as there is great potential for the BioShock series on the PlayStation Vita but it is looking like it will be a while before we will see anything concrete which is a shame considering the lack of decent games on the PS Vita at the moment. Do you think a BioShock game will ever make it onto the Vita? Please let us know in the comments below.

I'm a big gaming fan who has been playing games since ever since Pokemon Yellow was released in the year 2000. I'm just glad that there are decent rugby games on the PS3 now after years of nothing. I need another Uncharted game...NOW!!!!!
