BioShock Infinite was a gratifying and worthy example of how to make an enjoyable shooter on consoles that also has an interesting story so it is natural that players would be clamoring for more from Ken Levine and Irrational Games. Apparently news about the DLC for BioShock Infinite will be revealed to us next month so there is not too long to wait for news about how the game will continue on.
Ken Levine, BioShock Infinite’s director and writer, did tweet to remind everyone that game development takes a lot of time, which is a completely understandable view. However, a lot of people were persuaded to buy a season pass, which would entitle them to new content for the game including the three planned story-driven DLCs but they have seen no return on their investment yet so frustration is likely.
DLC Update: We are working on it- have been since the game shipped. Things are going well, but plz understand: game development takes time.
