Hotline Miami Drops For PS3 And PS Vita On Tuesday

Come On, Share It

Hotline Miami launched for the PC all the way back in October 2012 and ever since people have been requesting for the game to make an appearance on consoles. It looks like that will soon become a reality as it was announced by Devolver Digital, the publisher of the title, that the game would be dropping tomorrow (June 25th) on both the PlayStation 3 and the PS Vita for $9.99 (the cost will presumably vary depending on your territory).

This new look is possible thanks to a mask exclusive to the PSN version of the game

Not only will fans be able to play the game on their consoles but apparently they also have an exclusive new mask to look forward to, which was designed by Dennaton Games and Abstraction Games. The mask in question is ‘Russell the raging bull’ and it is hidden very early in the game and once equipped it will turn the entire game black and white with the notable exceptions of the neon text and blood (see picture above).

I’m so excited for the release of this title and even more so because it is a Cross-Buy title on the PSN so only one purchase is needed to play on both PlayStation 3 and PS Vita. For more information, check out the official US PlayStation Blog here.

I'm a big gaming fan who has been playing games since ever since Pokemon Yellow was released in the year 2000. I'm just glad that there are decent rugby games on the PS3 now after years of nothing. I need another Uncharted game...NOW!!!!!
