2K Sports has finally announced the first details for the MLB 2K13 Perfect Game Challenge via the first in a series of digital films starring cover athlete & Cy Young winner David Price, along with several MLB All-Stars.
The MLB 2K13 Perfect Game Challenge will crown more winners than ever before. Beginning on April 1st, MLB Opening Day, gamers can compete to win a total of $750,000 across 30 MLB Team Leaderboard prize pools. Once the entry window closes on April 30, the top four Overall Leaderboard finalists will be invited to New York during MLB All-Star Week in July to compete for a $250,000 grand prize. So tif his is a big change, since there won’t be a single $1 million dollar winner this time around. Honestly, I don’t know if its as cool this way but I guess 2K is trying to get maximum bang for its buck.
