Back in action next year!

It won’t be just puzzle solving, jumping and climbing Lara Croft will be limited to in the upcoming Tomb Raider reboot, we can expect some intense heart-pumping action to go along with.

The folks at Square Enix released some intense screenshots for the action/adventure, one showing Lara getting chewed on by a wolf – how lovely.

Developer Crystal Dynamics is taking their first stab at the series, promising a single-player campaign lasting between 12-15 hours. This will all come down to how you play the game however, so it could be even longer or somewhat shorter, either way you will most likely be entertained.

We would have our grubby hands on the title this past August, but publisher Square Enix decided to delay the game to make sure the best quality product was released to fans. From the screenshots you can view below, they might just be telling the truth.

When not fighting crime, I dabble in the art of online journalism. Alright, maybe it's not as exciting as headbutting everyday felons like a modern Bruce Wayne, but I need something that doesn't involve bludgeoning something. Get my kicks playing on a fat 80gb PS3, really need an upgrade......and a shave.
