The Splinter Cell series has always been about taking enemies down with efficiency and precision while completing your objective. The upcoming Splinter Cell: Blacklist will fare no different, with take downs once again one of Sam Fisher’s main attributes.
Sometimes however, you might not have the luxury of eliminating targets from a distance with all the amazing gadgets stashed in your inventory, that’s were non-lethal take downs come in extra handy. If you want the skinny on how these take downs work in Blacklist, animation director Kristjan Zadziuk tells us all we need to know in a video released by Ubisoft recently.
Zadziuk states that they’re looking for “un-matched fluidity” with Sam and his surroundings, making every move he makes feel fresh and non-repetitive. You can check out the video for yourself below.
Ubisoft announced recently that Actor Tom Hardy will play the lead role in the upcoming Splinter Cell movie adaptation. As for the game, Splinter Cell: Blacklist will hit shops in Spring next year.
