Rockstar Games Confirm GTA V Spring 2013 Release Date
If you’ve kept your ear to the ground with what GTA V is offering then you wouldn’t have much, only a selection of screenshots released by developer Rockstar Games. The last piece of information for the game was a leaked European poster showing the games release as Spring 2013. Well that leaked poster is the real deal with developer Rockstar Games revealing the game’s release window as Spring 2013 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, with no mention of any other platforms.
Coming! At last!
Rockstar describes Grand Theft Auto V as “a re-imagined, present-day Southern California in the largest and most thriving game-world we have ever created set in the sprawling city of Los Santos and for miles beyond – from the tops of the mountains to the depths of the ocean.“
Rockstar dropped the exciting news along with the nice picture shown above, also stating that all pre-orders will begin on November 5th across all retailers. All that’s really left to do now is get pre-ordering and wait for the game to land. Make sure to watch out for November’s issue of Game Informer, with the title taking the cover and dishing out some details to keep you occupied.
