Crysis 2 Hits EU PS Plus For Free This November
I was just about the start knitting my annual winter sweater, but because this news is too good not to share, I dropped absolutely everything! If you like the Crysis series and have a PlayStation Plus subscription then you’re in for a treat as shooter Crysis 2 will be flogged for free as part of the ’Instant Game Collection’ lineup landing on November 7.
A weird but wonderful game.
Before excitement fills you and you start flinging your arms around uncontrollably, this will only be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers in UK and Europe.
The futuristic shooter developed by the guys at Crytek, was a breath of fresh air when it released in March last year. Telling the story of aliens destroying everything to the backdrop of the great New York City, it became a very immersive experience.
While you’re enjoying your free game, Crytek will still be in the middle of developing Crysis 3, which looks pretty freaking awesome. We can expect the continuation of the great story around February 2013, so mark those calendars.
