New Sleeping Dogs DLC Due October 16th

Sleeping Dogs was a big hit when it released a couple of months ago, surprising many who had written the game off before it was purchased by Square Enix. The games mixture of exotic locations, martial arts and driving impressed many of the gamers who were willing to try it, and even if you weren’t one of them you can now pick up the title in plenty of places at a discounted rate.

For those players who do take the plunge and immerse themselves in Hong Kong fisticuffs, DLC being released on October 16th will provide even more bang for your buck. The first of what should be many DLC bundles, the ‘Street Racer’ pack is the first to be released, and as its name suggests it will focus on races and vehicles.

The pack gives you three new races, both land and water based, and also a new motorbike to ride and a natty leathers/helmet look to impress those murdering Triads. Although this may seem stingy, the pack will only cost 320 MS points or $3.99 on PSN store and Steam, so at least they are keeping the price low. If you can pick up Sleeping Dogs for around $40 along with this DLC you are still getting a bargain.
