Square Enix has generously shared a new trailer titled ‘Tools of the Trade’ for upcoming stealth extravaganza Hitman: Absolution, showing off what Agent 47 can equip to expertly dispose of any enemy he may encounter. The trailer shows some new gameplay along with Agent 47 dispatching some killer techniques to some unfortunate enemies, with some irregular weapons. We’re not talking just a normal handgun kill here and there, nearly everything you come across in-game can be used as a weapon, be it a cup, crowbar, brick, bottle, piano, magazine, you get the picture.

The hardware options are endless!

No need to worry though, Agent 47 will have the usual weapons we love from the series, including his famous ATM Silverballers and the always graphic Fiber wire for the try-hard stealth types. If you want to clear the game without using all these awesome weapons you can do so, but in the interest of the gamer having a whale of a time, developer IO Interactive put them in for good measure.

Some of the serious weapon power will come from the shotguns and assault rifles, but even more from the sniper rifles which I’m sure everyone has gotten used to from playing the Hitman: Sniper Challenge mini-game, which could release as a standalone title in the future.

We still have to wait until the game hits shops before we can test out all the juicy weapons Hitman: Absolution has shined and ready to go. If you want to see the trailer you can check it out below, be warned though, it may be too awesome to bear!

Hitman: Absolution will release for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and Cloud on November 20. If you’re one of the many who will be picking it up, let us know in the section below, or head over to our Facebook and Twitter page and leave a comment there.

When not fighting crime, I dabble in the art of online journalism. Alright, maybe it's not as exciting as headbutting everyday felons like a modern Bruce Wayne, but I need something that doesn't involve bludgeoning something. Get my kicks playing on a fat 80gb PS3, really need an upgrade......and a shave.
