Counter-Strike: Global Offensive didn’t make its way onto the EU PlayStation Store once again, bringing the game’s later arrival to four weeks for folks in EU. The game has been out nearly a month everywhere else. Sony nor Valve have given a real reason for the delay, though Jawad Ashraf of the PS Store Team posed a conciliatory “Sorry” as fans anger of the game’s absence continued to mount. He added “It’s the standard stock response from me again.” “I have no information to share.”
This is ridiculous and for the life of me I can’t understand why developers continue to shut gamers out when something like this happens. People don’t really care to a certain degree that it’s not there but they do start to take offense when you just don’t tell them anything. This is the same thing that TellTale Games initially did with The Walking Dead and Bethesda has done recently to PS3 players still waiting on Dawnguard.
So there you have it folks, another developer getting it flat-out wrong when it comes to customer communication. Hit up the comments and let us know what you thin folks.
