Crytek Releases Four New Warface Screenshots

Warface, the free-to-play shooter from developer Crytek has picked up a lot of positive traction since its announcement earlier this year. Exclusive to the PC platform, the multiplayer military shooter set in the near future will bolster the engine everyone is talking about at the moment, CryEngine 3. The game will feature some intense co-op missions for those who enjoy a bit of bromance and the usual class based player versus player action for those who fly solo.

Get up bro!

Warface will also see daily updates, keeping gameplay fresh day-in day-out, something you don’t see much of. We can expect a release on PC sometime between December 2012 and January 2013, with a console version also slated for release sometime in the future. Until that happens, check out the new screenshots released by Crytek at this year’s PAX event in Seattle.

Are you going to give Warface a go when it launches? Let us know in the comment section below or on our friendly Facebook page.

When not fighting crime, I dabble in the art of online journalism. Alright, maybe it's not as exciting as headbutting everyday felons like a modern Bruce Wayne, but I need something that doesn't involve bludgeoning something. Get my kicks playing on a fat 80gb PS3, really need an upgrade......and a shave.
