The guys at developer IO Interactive have set out to bring the gamer the ultimate Hitman experience this year, mixing the great aspects of previous installments and the new features to spruce up the epic gameplay. To make you feel even more at home, IO Interactive has finished their search for the voice actor to play the infamous Agent 47 and have opted for David Bateson who has been the voice of Hitman since the year 2000.

Am I late?

“IO and Bateson have been bed fellows for over a decade and like all long running relationships sometimes absence makes the heart grow fonder. Looking back I think we were just playing hard to get,” said Brand Director Jon Brooke on their decision to appoint Bateson after previously announcing he wouldn’t return. Bateson will not only be the big name to grace Hitman Absolution, Marsha Thomason, Keith Carradine, Vivica Fox, Shannyn Sossamon and Powers Boothe will also cast.

Hitman: Absolution will hit stores on November 20, 2012 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below and check out our Facebook page for more gaming news.

When not fighting crime, I dabble in the art of online journalism. Alright, maybe it's not as exciting as headbutting everyday felons like a modern Bruce Wayne, but I need something that doesn't involve bludgeoning something. Get my kicks playing on a fat 80gb PS3, really need an upgrade......and a shave.
