Call of Duty: Black Ops zombie fans have felt the drought of information on the mode since the game’s announcement a few months back. With Treyarch staying tight-lipped on Zombies for so long, it was only a matter of time before the developer entered tease mode and start sharing some information on the un-dead portion of Black Ops II. A teaser image released shows the signpost from the popular Nuketown multiplayer map with the message, “Welcome to Nuketown” and “Zombies” – written in blood under it. The image was posted on the official Black Ops II Facebook and Twitter page with the message, “There goes the neighborhood.”
Anyone who played Black Ops will remember the Nuketown map as a good playing ground to earn those important experience points, due to its small size and tight corners. This will undoubtedly make it not too easy when trying to kill zombies. We can expect more details on the Zombies Mode in the near-future so don’t panic, with Treyarch already giving fans the single player and multiplayer experience, all that is left is Zombies, which could turn out to be the best kept secret.
The Nuketown 2025 pre-order option is available and will feature a futuristic version of Nuketown. Whether or not the Zombies version will be included in the pre-order option is unknown, but is a possibility. You have until November 13th to get your hands on the map, so get pre-ordering now!
