Battlefield 3 Servers Receiving ‘Extensive Maintenance’ Tomorrow
Battlefield 3 gamers across all platforms will have to find something else productive to do for 6 hours tomorrow, with the shooter’s servers going through some much-needed ‘extensive maintenance’. It will however be taking place in the early hours of the morning, so unless you’re an early bird, you shouldn’t be affected.
Maintenance, a pain as usual!
The announcement of the maintenance came through the Battlefield 3 Facebook page, it read:
“We will be performing extensive maintenance between 2AM-8AM EST on August 21 (that’s 7AM-1PM GMT tomorrow ). Battlefield 3 online play will be unavailable during these hours.”
Developer DICE might be getting affairs in order for the arrival of the Armored Kill DLC at some point next month, or getting ready for the Battlefield 3 Premium August Bonus Content Drop, or it could just be maintenance – we just don’t know.
