We have a new Splinter Cell Blacklist video that provides an in-depth look at a 12 minute demo with commentary provided by the games creative director Maxime Beland. I won’t lie, I’m really excited about this game and can’t wait to play it. As a PS3 player I was deprived of Conviction so I looking forward to my next adventure with Mr. Fisher. After watching this video, all I can say is that Sam is one bad man and this looks like it just might be the best game in the series to date.
Available in spring 2013, Tom Clancys Splinter Cell Blacklist will deliver a gripping modern-day special-ops storyline with a new level of technical innovation and quality. The game will include an arsenal of new gadgets and reinvented classic weapons as well as a new Killing-in-Motion mechanic which allows players to move efficiently through the environment while taking out enemies quickly and fluidly.
Players take on the role of lethal operative Sam Fisher who has been given the power to act above the law to stop an international terrorist group behind The Blacklist, a series of escalating attacks on U.S. assets. Operating under the newly-formed Fourth Echelon unit, Sam and his team will infiltrate terrorist cells and use any means necessary to prevent the next deadly assault.
