Walking Dead: The Game caused quite a stir in the gaming community when it released in April, many liking the direction developer Telltale Games took with the zombie series. With it being released in episode form across most platforms, it made sense to bring the survival horror to iOS devices, with the first episode touching down for touch screens this week!
The arrival of Walking Dead: The Game to iOS platforms start of with the first episode “A New Day”, which will cost you a more than worth it $4.99. Telltale games talked recently about the iOS version and what it will offer, they said:
We’ve spent a great deal of time carefully integrating our new interface design to create an even more intuitive experience with the touch screen as you explore a world ravaged by the undead based on the Eisner Award-winning comics from Robert Kirkman and Skybound Entertainment You’ll have full character control of Lee Everett as investigation points, actions, dialogue and decision-making flows onscreen and is seamlessly integrated with the environments.
All episodes that release in the future for Walking Dead: The Game will be the same price of $4.99, but if you want to be crazy and pre-purchase the rest of the season, you can do so for $14.99. So either it be the iPad or iPhone, there are zombies to be killed and the undead ain’t going to kill themselves again.
