Game Based On Hotel Transylvania Film Heading To Nintendo Handhelds

You may be forgiven for not having heard of Hotel Transylvania, but if you aren’t in the know, it’s an animated film heading to theaters courtesy of Sony Pictures at the end of September. The film tells the story of Count Dracula, who invites all his pals (The Mummy, Frankenstein’s Monster – you know, the usual crew) to a birthday party held in honor of his daughter Mavis, only for a human gatecrasher to fall for her.

As interesting as it sounds, you may wonder why we here at ZKG are bringing you news of what pretty much sounds like a kid’s movie – well the reason is that a handheld game adaptation of the film will be hitting the DS and 3DS, developed by Way Forward and distributed by GameMill. We are promised puzzles, platforming and plenty of boss battles so this might well be one to keep an eye on for the little ones amongst us. Well, at least it will keep them busy whilst we play Black Ops 2 or Assassin’s Creed 3 this Holiday!
