Gears Of War: Judgment Release Date Revealed
More news from the San-Diego Comic-Con Expo peeps, after previously reporting that much-anticipated title Gears of War: Judgment would land on Xbox consoles sometime in 2013, Comic-Con has turned up a solid release date with Epic Games announcing the game will land in stores on March 19, 2013. The 29th falls on a Tuesday so take this as the US release date as games usually release on a Tuesday in the United States and on Fridays in the United Kingdom.
The release date was first hinted on the X-play Twitter account, which said, “You heard it here! Gears of War Judgment will be released in March… But @GearsViking won’t let us say more yet.” Gears Viking being Rod Fergusson, Director of Production at Epic Games, who refused to give any more details about the launch at that point.
That was until Epic Games revealed the game’s final release date in the strangest of ways at their Comic-Con panel, in tattoo form, on lucky Gears of War fan Waldo Kinney, a perfectly normal way of doing it. We recently posted details of the games multiplayer, which looks to add to what we have already seen in previous installments. We also will see Cole and Baird during the early days of the war between humans and the Locust doing what they do best in the single-player mode, so all hands will be on deck when it releases next year.
