The two Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic games are considered to be two of the best Star Wars games ever released, and if some listings on GameStop and Amazon are to believed, a compilation is heading towards the PC in July. The compilation has popped up on GameStop’s internal system, where it is listed as a PC exclusive and also set you back $20. The Amazon listing is similar, but the product is called “Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic I and II PC Bundle Pack” and carries the release date of July 17, 2012.

I could think of a lot worse that you could spend $20 on…

The first Knights of the Old Republic game, developed by BioWare, was released in 2003 and acquired many awards including a BAFTA Games Award. It finally became available to Mac users via Valve’s Steam service a few months ago. The sequel saw Obsidian Entertainment take over the development duties after BioWare decided to work on its own properties, and the game was just as well received as its predecessor.

This is one compilation pack I would definitely recommend and if you’ve never played it before, you are in for one hell of an experience.

I'm a big gaming fan who has been playing games since ever since Pokemon Yellow was released in the year 2000. I'm just glad that there are decent rugby games on the PS3 now after years of nothing. I need another Uncharted game...NOW!!!!!
