EA has announced what it is calling the “most extensive global pre-order incentive in the history of the FIFA franchise” with three different bonuses available for those who pre-order a certain version of FIFA 13. This version of the game is called FIFA 13 Ultimate Edition and includes 24 FIFA Ultimate Team gold packs. The title will only be available on September 28th, which is the day the game launches – meaning you have to either pre-order or find a copy on the day.
Now onto the two shop specific pre-order bonuses that gamers have to choose from. Those who pre-order FIFA 13 Ultimate Edition from Amazon will get 10,000 EA Sports Football Club credits to “redeem against in-game items such as special celebrations, Virtual Pro attribute boosts, extra matches in Head-to-Head Seasons mode, and more.”
If you decide to pre-order from GAME you will get the All-Star squad, which features the biggest names in world football including Lionel Messi, Nani, Karim Benzema in addition to many others. The squad will also have their own special Adidas kits that can be used in Online Pro Clubs according to EA. It is worth noting that you get your 24 gold packs over 24 weeks with the Ultimate Edition regardless of where you pre-order from.
As stated earlier, FIFA 13 is set to be released on September 28th, and is set to feature another gameplay overhaul that will be as innovative as tactical defending in FIFA 12. Ready to play yet?
