Kirby’s Dream Collection Heading To Wii This September

A lot of Nintendo’s mascots have been celebrating 20th birthday’s recently, with Kirby the pink ball of fluff just the latest. The first Kirby title was released on the Gameboy back in the distant past of 1992 (god, that makes me feel old!), in the classic title Kirby’s Dreamland. To celebrate this milestone, Nintendo is releasing a compilation pack of their hero’s greatest moments on Wii.

The package arrives on September 16th, and includes the following titles; Kirby’s Dream Land, Kirby’s Adventure, Kirby’s Dream Land 2, Kirby Super Star, Kirby’s Dream Land 3, and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. There will also be playable stages from the most recent Wii game, Kirby Returns to Dreamland, as well as extra goodies like an interactive game series timeline (yes, really), and game soundtrack.

All this seems like a lot of fun for fans of old-school platforming, so check out the trailer and let us know if you plan on picking up Kirby’s Dream Collection later this year.
