Criterion Games will be releasing a new take on Need For Speed Most Wanted offering an open world with an updated Autolog 2 aimed at more connected players.  Players can choose their own path to becoming the most wanted. Players can now drive anywhere they please, toy with the cops, hang out, and discover hidden gameplay with or without friends.

As always, gamers that opt in for a Special Edition Pack will get double speed points, custom liveries, pre-customized rollouts, and two vehicles: the Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale and Porsche 911 Carrera S all coming out October 30, 2012.

Single player and multiplayer are connected through social networks while players earn Speed Points to be the best.  The new Autolog 2 will keep players interested as it now makes recommendations to help the player become better with Speed and Skill tests. No lobbies or wait times keeps the players in the action and makes for seamless game play.

Previously, Criterion Games reinvented Need For Speed Hot Pursuit and it was met with mixed responses, how do you feel about another Most Wanted? Which Need For Speed is your favorite? Let us know in the comments below!
