Transformers: Fall Of Cyberton Coming To PC
Activision has settled worries from PC users and announced that Transformers: Fall Of Cybertron will be making its way to the platform after all. Just like previous title Transformers: War for Cybertron, the game will be released the same time as it’s console counterparts, in North America on August 28th and across Europe on August 31st, 2012.
Fall Of Cybertron will see you continuance of the civil war between the Autobots and the Decepticons over control of their home world Cybertron and depicts the final battle between the two robot factions which results in the destruction of their home world. Many new characters will be included, with the Combaticons and Dinobot factions making an appearance.
Developers High Moon Studios are hoping to bring a darker tone to the story and are “working closely” with Mercenary Games to make sure the PC version will run smoothly. Mercenary Games has no previous experience with this genre of game, which has made fans of the series a tad nervous, though Activision has faith the studio will do just fine.
As for content, everything in the PC version will match what’s found on consoles, the game will also be available through digital retailers as well, if you don’t feel like using your legs. Transformers: Fall of Cybertron will launch August 28, 2012 for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. More details at E3 I’m guessing, mark that calendar!
