We previously reported that one of this years most anticipated releases ‘Playstation All-Stars: Battle Royale’ might be getting its own version for the Playstation Vita. Those earlier reports have gone and kicked up even more dirt, with Sony registering domains for a PS Vita port of the game.

Previous reports found that Sony employee Robert Krekel, who is the sound engineer for the PS3 version of the game, also had the PS Vita version on his CV. It does make sense on Sony’s part to release the game on the PS3 and Vita, Super Smash Bro’s did well in sales and this is Sony’s answer to the Nintendo title.

The domains for the upcoming title were found by a NeoGaf user and showed two domains

  • battleroyalethegamevita.com
  • battleroyalthegamevita.com

Even though a Vita version of the game is not officially announced, the evidence provided is a bit to strong to dismiss. It’s really just a matter of time before they come out with solid details for the port. E3 2012 is nearly upon us, so that might be the stage for the PS Vita reveal, we will just have to wait and see when E3 opens next week.

When not fighting crime, I dabble in the art of online journalism. Alright, maybe it's not as exciting as headbutting everyday felons like a modern Bruce Wayne, but I need something that doesn't involve bludgeoning something. Get my kicks playing on a fat 80gb PS3, really need an upgrade......and a shave.
