Has Nintendo changed the design of its already unique Wii U controller? If some recently leaked images are accurate then it has gone through quite a few changes since we last saw it. The first and most noticeable thing is that it now features analog sticks, meaning Nintendo might have decided that there was only one way to get the kind of control you need, folks who hate analog sticks are going nuts right now.

The image on the left is the Wii U controller we saw at E3 2011 and the one on the right is the rumored new Wii U controller. You will notice that it features an additional logo and button placement has changed just a bit. These changes seem to fall right in line with some of the criticism that Nintendo got on the console early on so maybe they are listening to the fans with the changes.

What do you think, do you like the old design or this new design better? Hit up the comments and share your thoughts.
