Overkill Software Partners With Valve On Payday: The Heist/Left 4 Dead Mash Up

Payday: The Heist developer Overkill Software has announced it’s collaborating with Valve to create a “very cool blend of Payday and Left 4 Dead”. If anyone told you they saw this coming, they would be lying. Ulf Andersson, Game Director at OVERKILL, has released the following statement on their official site:

“As perceptive gamers will have noticed, several hints have recently been dropped into PAYDAY The Heist, which has led to various rumors. We are excited to be able to confirm that an in-depth collaboration between OVERKILL and Valve is currently in production.

We are working on a very cool blend of PAYDAY and Left 4 Dead. I am sure it is so exciting that it will have some players check into the hospital before we are done.”

Keep an eye out for more on this infectious and developing story.

So what does all this mean? Who knows, I mean you have Zombies and bank robbers, Zombie Bank Robbers?? Hmm,  on this one it’s probably best if we wait for more details because I can think of how these games could go together but they are all really outrageous…maybe that’s the point though.
