Since an impressive launch line-up, big name Vita releases have started to dry up a little. A few titles have trickled onto shelves and the PSN store, including Mortal Kombat Vita and The Pinball Arcade, but aside from that handheld gamers have had little to occupy their time since Drake finished his tomb raiding. The good news is that Resistance: Burning Skies is due out at the end of this month, and the ever betterer (that’s a word, right?) news is that we have brought you a trailer showing some of the features that take advantage of the unique capabilities of the Vita.
As the first ever handheld dual analogue FPS, and the continuation of a much-loved franchise, a lot is riding on the success of Resistance: Burning Skies. It is also gunning for the multiplayer market in a big way, supporting Party voice chat and focusing a lot of attention on what could well become the Vita’s premier online game.
In addition to showing us a new trailer, the developer Nihilistic Software (not Insomniac this time around) has also detailed a few of the trophies on offer in the game, without further ado – here is a big list!
