Official Call Of Duty Site Teases A May 1st Reveal, Could It Be Black Ops 2?

Another one of those countdowns that we love so much. The official Call of Duty site is counting down to a “world reveal” of a new COD installment. The ticker will run out right in the middle of the NBA Playoffs on TNT on May 1st. Could this be Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2? At this point we don’t know, but recent information would seem to point to that being that case. The source code on the homepage even mentions Black Ops as being a registered trademark but doesn’t mention any other franchises in the series.  If it wasn’t Black Ops 2 I would be really surprised, I mean there is no way they could do Modern Warfare titles back to back right? And I mean they seem to have all but kicked World At War to the curb so I’d put my money on BO2. The teaser image doesn’t really give us anything but hit up the comments and let us know what you think? All signs seem to point to a follow-up to Black Ops but is that what you want to see or would you like to see something brand new?
