Dark Souls To Rise On PC

Dark Souls was one of the surprise hits of last year, with many Internet pundits claiming the RPG to be a better game than Skyrim. Whilst we here at ZKG Towers couldn’t confirm or deny such an accusation, the good news is that PC gamers will now be able to make their own minds up as Dark Souls is heading to their platform.

The news comes courtesy of German PC magazine, PC Action – which lists the title on their front cover and promises an exclusive reveal. Allegedly the game will hit computers in August and be identical to the console version – save for some more bosses.

A petition was started in January this year to try and persuade Namco Bandai to release Dark Souls for the PC platform. It is unknown whether or not this had an impact on the final decision. However, 46,000 potential customers would be difficult to ignore.

Did you play through Dark Souls on PS3 or XBOX 360? Are you planning on getting the PC version? Any thoughts on the Skyrim vs Dark Souls debate? Let us know in the usual place.

I'm a UK based gamer, as well as being more obsessed with video games and Doctor Who that any adult has a right to be. I keep telling myself I will grow up one day, but certainly not if I can help it.
