If you were excited about Amazon’s Kindle Fire last year, you’ll be excited to know that Amazon may introduce three newer version of the popular tablet this 2012 year. For a while now, reports have been circulating about a larger Kindle Fire Tablet, and that seems to be in the works. According to Taiwan Economic News, Amazon “plans to roll out three new models.” A low-end 7” model with a resolution of 1024×600, a medium- to high-end 7” model featuring a resolution of 1280×800, and a high-end 8.9” model with a resolution of 1920×1200.”
These are all rumors at this point, but a larger size addition to the Kindle Fire family at the least, makes a lot of sense. Apple may not be too worried at the moment, but Amazon appears to be serious about capturing a large share of this market. And at the right price, they’ll do just that.
Should Apple be a little more concerned? Let us know!
