The folks over at EA Sports have revealed the timeline for revealing new features in NCAA Football 13. The schedule only describes the features at a high level so we can’t really pull a lot of info from them but we can get the gist. In terms of highlights, it looks as if the game will be getting a new passing system, a studio analyst in Dynasty mode and something new called the “Heisman Challenge”. I have to be honest with you, I don’t really know why they would choose to change the passing system at this point, though if it gives you a bit more “real” touch on the ball in terms of placement either on the inside or outside shoulder that would be nice. NCAA Football 12 was a solid game but did have its issues and EA Sports definitely had a bit of a communication gap in describing how they were going to address player’s concerns. Let’s hope that they can truly deliver on the promises in this year’s game because if they don’t players might really rebel.
