Presidential debates aren’t something we usually write about here. However, when it involves tech companies like Apple and where they are manufacturing future iPhones and iPads like the iPhone 5 & iPad 3, we have to give you the beans.

Earlier this week at the North Charleston Coliseum in South Carolina, several Republican candidates (Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, and Rick Santorum) were asked about bringing back manufacturing jobs to America, with Apple being used as an example.

As we all know, Foxconn located in China, is the manufacturer of the iPad and iPhone for Apple, and employs 500,000 for the process. That is a colossal amount in comparison to the 46,000 US jobs it has. And this is where the candidates come in with their suggestions and policies. But hey, we won’t give it all to you, check out the candidates remarks, which starts around the 01:02:00 mark, and let us know what you think.
