You just gotta love when retailers let the cat out of the bag on new games before publishers are ready to announce it, though this time it’s not Amazon. This time its UK retailer GAME seems to have accidentally outed Medal Of Honor 2 and Need For Speed 13 via a post on their Twitter feed which has since been removed. They removed it but of course nothing on the net is really ever gone. The post read:
EA presentation was great, had mentions of a new Medal of Honor and Need for Speed 13! EA have an exciting year ahead.
The news about a Medal Of Honor sequel isn’t that surprising given how well received the last reboot was (and the fact that early copies of BF3 included a tease about an unannounced MOH game), but the Need For Speed was a bit more unexpected. It seems like we have seen a rash of brand new NFS games lately and I am hoping that this one will finally be a return to the Underground franchise which I think is right up there with Hot Pursuit for best game in the franchise.
For now that is all we know about this, but you can be sure that we will here tons more over the next few months and when we know, you know.
