It’s been a long road for the dedicated fans of Dead Island and after all the issues that they have had since the game launched its great that they are getting this bit of good news. Deep Silver has confirmed that the game’s first DLC “Bloodbath Arena” that was initially supposed to be out almost 2 months ago but was delayed due to work being focused on the game’s other major issues will now come out November 22nd. That’s right folks, more zombie goodness right in time for Thanksgiving.
The four arenas in “Bloodbath Arena” can be played alone or in up to 4 player co-op with waves and waves of zombies hunting you down for their next meal. On top of that, all the XP points, items and gold that are gathered while playing in Bloodbath Arena will carry over into the main game campaign. And for ultimate zombie killing bragging rights, there will be leaderboards with Bloodbath so you can finally prove how awesome a player you are.
