Many of you will have spent a large chunk of your Halloween night playing Festival of Blood, the new standalone PSN inFamous game. Well, alongside checking out hot chicks dressed as devils of course. If you did, then you may not have been aware that the title supports the PlayStation Move, and that support for the peripheral is coming to inFamous 2 soon as well.
Festival of Blood is a self-contained adventure which is presented as a kind of ghost story. Zeke, ever keen to impress single young ladies, is telling a tall tale at a bar, which involves his old buddy Cole getting turned into a vampire. Of course it wouldn’t be much fun if you didn’t get to experience this transformation first hand, so cue a single player story mode with you as Cole using your new-found skills to stake the denizens of the night through the heart.
The PlayStation Move can be used to control the entire game, and offers increased accuracy for your sniping and flying skills amongst others. The good news is that as well as being incorporated into this DLC, the Move option will also shortly be arriving in a patch for inFamous 2. That is if you can find time between Battlefield 3 and Arkham City to try it out.
Another new inFamous 2 addition making its debut in Festival of Blood is the ability to add comic book style cut-scenes to your own user-created missions. Hopefully this should mean we get to see some really interesting fan created stuff. InFamous: Festival of Blood is available now on PSN for $9.99, check out the video for more on the new additions.
