The demo for FIFA 12 has been released today for the Xbox 360 and PC which will give you a little taste of what to expect when the full game is released in late September for a whole variety of different consoles. In the demo, you can play as Arsenal, Barcelona, Milan, Manchester City, Marseille, and Borussia Dortmund in a game where the halves last three minutes each with the Eithad Stadium (Manchester City’s home ground) being the venue for all of the action.
There are demo tutorials included for standing tackle, sliding tackle, jockeying, running jockey, contain, team mate contain and push pull so you can really get to grips with the game before you take it for a spin in a match. The demo is quite a big one on the Xbox 360 measuring in a 1.42 GB and you can queue it for download on the Xbox website or search for it on the dashboard but make a note that you need to look for it under E for EA instead of F for FIFA. The PC demo is slightly larger at 1.5 GB.
The PS3 FIFA 12 demo will be released tomorrow as part of the weekly PlayStation Store update and the full game launches on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC and many other platforms on September 30 in Europe, with a release in the US three days earlier.
