One of the most interesting incoming propositions for the PlayStation Move is House of the Dead: Overkill. A port of the Sega Wii title that was released to favorable coverage a couple of years back, we have been promised new and exclusive content for the HD version, and today we heard about what some of that would be.
The game has a funky 70’s movie feel, so the inclusion of a seedy strip joint as one of the two new levels should surprise nobody. You will be shooting strippers and biker zombies at this new locale, along with the wild streets of Bayou City (did anyone say New Orleans?) and a bar, where I’m guessing things will all kick off. Just a hunch though.
There will also be new playable characters for this level, named Naked Terror, as well; a stripper with a heart of gold and also Varla, who was an NPC in the Wii version. The more I hear about this game the better it sounds, and I don’t need any convincing to dust off my Move controller. Hopefully we may be able to give you a review of the game when it launches on PS3 later this year, as well as information on the other exclusive level.
