Driver: San Francisco Release Slips By A Week

Share And Comment

The folks at Ubisoft have revealed through a quick tweet that Driver: San Francisco will now be released in the US on September 6 instead of August 30.  Ubisoft says that the date was changed due to “shipping considerations and getting the best exposure in North America,” and had nothing to do with its production. The game will still release on schedule in Europe and UK.

So all you folks that were excited to get your crazy driving, car shifting gameplay on you will have to wait an extra week. I think it’s probably the best move for the game though as now it doesn’t have to compete with Madden NFL 12. To hold you over until the game drops, head on over to our YouTube channel and check out some of the latest videos from Driver: San Francisco and other awesome games.
