Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has confirmed that the PlayStation Vita will be available to play at their booth during the Tokyo Game Show in September. Eager Japanese gamers should be able to get some hands on time with titles like Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Wipeout: 2048 and Everybody’s Golf: Next. Announcements surrounding the launch are also expected.
Hold the presses though because just as it seemed a long haul flight and fraudulent expenses claim to Lorenzo was in order, rumours are now starting in internet land that the system may also be available for European gamers to test out during the earlier Gamescom conference during August. Whether this makes sense, bearing in mind that gamers in the land of the failed currency have a longer wait for the system than both Japanese and Americans, remains to be seen.
