Alienware is one of the most well known forces in PC gaming and they have been announced as the headline sponsor of the Eurogamer Expo 2011 which will be held between the 22-25 September 2011 at Earls Court in London. This means that Alienware will provide the gaming rigs the attendees of the expo will be using to play huge upcoming PC titles like Star Wars: The Old Republic and Guild Wars 2 so you will get to see this and many other games running in their full glory for you to try out before the release date.
“With the recent launch our most powerful portfolio of Alienware gaming PCs to date, it (the Eurogame Expo) provides the perfect opportunity to mix it up with gaming enthusiasts and Alienware fans alike – showcasing the absolute best in PC gaming” said James Griffiths, marketing director for Dell, UK & IE. “We’re all big fans of Alienware at Eurogamer and we’re delighted to have them on board as the headline sponsor of this year’s event and as the provider of our PC equipment,” added Rupert Loman, managing director of Eurogamer.
As I mentioned previously, the event takes place September 22-25 at Earls Court, it’s the largest show of its kind in the UK, and is expected to attract around 30,000 visitors. The list of other big names in gaming is very impressive indeed with Konami, id Software, Sega, Namco Bandai and Square Enix will be just some of the companies supporting the Expo.
